San Francisco Giants Cake Pops

An old high school friend placed an order for some cake pops for her son's 15th birthday. Their family is a HUGE San Francisco Giants fans so she asked me if I can use that as the theme for the cake pops. Sure, I said, I will give it a try, I've never made anything "Giants themed" before.

Now my penmanship is not exactly the neatest so getting the logo to look just right took some practice. (Hopefully I don't get in trouble for trying to copy their logo. LOL! ) I admit, it's not 100% but I was happy with the outcome.

The next time I'm asked to make this again I know it will look better, because practice makes perfect!

The Red Velvet Cake Truffles below were for another customer who ordered it for her good friend's birthday party as a surprise. She had me deliver it to the party. We received great feedback from the customer. She said she and her friends loved it.  Now that's what we like to hear!  Thank you!!!!

Masquerade Party

Here are pictures of the cake pop favors we did for a masquerade themed 18th birthday party. This was a about 170 pieces. All the masks were made of chocolate that I handmade myself. A little time consuming, yes, but it was all worth it. I was happy with the outcome and so was our customer.

Bridal Shower Favors

Here are pictures of some red velvet cake pops. A good friend of mine (Joan) was throwing her co-worker a surprise wedding shower. Joan realized two days before the party that she didn't have any favors to give out, so she called me of course and I was so happy to do it.  The wedding colors were......you guessed it, purple & yellow. I loved the colors.   Good luck to Gigi & Danze, best wishes!

Here are some pictures of the cake pops I made this weekend. They were for two children's birthday parties. I made a variety of flavors: Red Velvet, Peanut Butter, Chocolate Hazelnut, Lemon, and Banana cake.  Enjoy looking at them.

Happy Easter

Here's a look at our Easter Gift Box. It came with 15 cake truffles. This one included lemon cake and chocolate hazelnut flavors.

Also this weekend we made some Cookies & Cream Cake Pops for a dear friend. It was her daughter's birthday. Here's Amy with her sister and cousins enjoying the cake pops. Happy Birthday Amy!

Our Cookies & Cream cake pops actually have the crumbled cookies mixed in with the cake to give it that special "wow" factor.

Happy 10th Birthday Alex

It was my nephew Alex's 10th birthday party today and I made the center pieces for all the tables. I made chocolate and yellow cake pops as favors. I made about 120 pops and they were all gone, I didn't even get to eat one :-)

Birthday Cake Pops

This weekend I was invited to a co-workers house to celebrate her daughter's 13th birthday. I decided to bring some cake pops . I made two different kinds of flavored cake, chocolate and a white cake, then I used home made cream cheese frosting for both. Since this was a teenage party I wanted to make it fun so I chose a few different candy coating colors. I used dark cocoa, pink, white, chocolate, and purple. I added rainbow colored jimmies or nonpareils.

I then wrapped them individually then placed them in a decorative birthday box I found at Michael's craft store the other day.

They were a hit at the party. I'm glad they enjoyed it.
